Finally it rained!
I waited 3 whole months to be able to test my new rain gear (one of those waterproofen caps). Loving it! Finally I can run and see the sea while it rains! (I wear glasses …)

It’s definitely raining alright, fair play for getting out. Where’s the cape from?

It is a cap from Skins. Looks like that one https://www.sportsshoes.com/product/ski956/skins-technical-running-cap-~-aw17/ but without the top. Lol I have no idea what the word is. Basically it protects my glasses from rain. I also have all the rest which was a whole science in itself.

I love them. I grab their stuff from sportsshoes.com – sales section ☺ if you are looking for a ‘cape’. I could not live without my berghaus jacket … works for me in rain and wind. Of course with the right layers below so the whole thermostuff works like a chimney 🙂

Rain + glasses = trouble. I really need to investigate this cap/visor further 😃

the idea is to have an umbrella for the glasses 😂

But one you don’t need to hold!

Looks like just what I need! I feel that running with my hood up impairs my vision and hearing, and I have often wondered about investing in a sowester type hat! But this looks much better!
