Today I ran up the beach, over pebbles forming dunes and then along grass fields. Tide was high, no sunrise in sight. I do like the moody clouds, fits my running at the moment.

ditto babes, my current running mood is ‘vacant’… thats cos I’m just not running… just too busy… so much for MAKING time for me huh… sigh and the weather… OMG wake me up when the bitter cold has gone… i do struggle in that!
