Recovery week over

This week I am back and doing the same week than before recovery. Yesterday I went for 24 minutes and today will be 48.

Sometimes it is hard to get out there, but seeing how far I ‘ve come and how long it took makes me scared enough to just get it done.

Multiple runs done

Did my runs and was easy enough. Couldn’t stop myself picking up the pace at times, but tried to run slow the rest of it!
